Not a fan, at all. Overall a great instrumental djent/black metal EP. hopefully Sebastiside sticks to instrumental and drops guest vocals in the future. Favorite track: Binomial.

bunofsteel For such a young artist to nail such a difficult genre on their debut is an incredible effort.

This EP is intense from start to finish with some hard hitting riffs while still giving a chance for melody. It is reminiscent of Shokran.

I can't wait to see how Sebasticide's music develops. Favorite track: Reincarnate (Instrumental).

My first EP, 'Reincarnate,' will release on August 25th. This is the result of 2 years of writing ideas every day! Those are the ones you see on my social media. I made songs out of my very best ideas and have been working on this since I released 'Binomial' in 2021.

For this EP, I combined elements of Tech death and Djent. I always wanted to find a band that sounded like Monuments and Necrophagist combined, so this is my attempt at blending those two sub-genres together. I also wanted the music to sound unnerving and fierce through orchestral arrangements.

The orchestra adds a 'dark fantasy' vibe due to my love for the Souls-borne series and fantasy books. The orchestra is different than usual on this EP because I made use of contemporary textures like the choir clusters in 'Maidenless,' and the extended string techniques in 'Reincarnate.'

25m42 did a tremendous job of portraying all of this information on the artwork. It carefully illustrates the order in the music but also manages to keep it unnerving and mysterious. This is why I love his art, and I can't be happier about his craft on this EP cover.
